MSTA Leadership Conference 2018
MSTA’s Leadership Conference brings current and future CTA leaders together in a fun and relaxing environment to network with MSTA staff and other CTA leaders across the state. This is a “learn and do” conference designed to help CTA leaders:

• Learn more about MSTA services, benefits, and resources.
• Connect and share promising ideas, practices, and tools to support leaders’ role in CTA.
• Develop and define leadership skills to build relationships and enhance their CTA



EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS APRIL 2
Members completing their registration within the early registration window will receive a free, commemorative t-shirt.

Location: Tan-Tar-A Resort

Lunch and dinner are provided to all attendees on Day One and breakfast will be provided on Day Two.  Additionally, one night's lodging at Tan-Tar-A will be reimbursed to each participating CTA after the event.

MSTA Leadership Conference workshops are organized into two tracks:
New Leaders = (NL): Sessions recommended for members with 0-3 years of CTA leadership experience.
Veteran Leaders = (VL): Sessions recommended for members with 4+ years of CTA leadership experience.
*Note: Some sessions are recommended for NL and VL.
